What language does your application or program speak? Is it English? Compare the population of native English speakers and non-native English speakers, it is obvious the latter is way larger. If you are non-native English speaker, then you must know the importance of Localization, in order to have your application/program being used by larger number of users. Localization is supported by many non-native English speaking contributors. I like to introduce how Fedora has been localized into over 80 languages.
